After 18 years of blissful marriage, and with Ric's retirement from the military service, we made a bold decision to embark on a remarkable journey of exploration across the globe. From the vast plains of Africa to the captivating landscapes of South America, we embarked on numerous adventures, immersing ourselves in the rich tapestry of cultures and natural wonders.

Throughout our travels, two destinations stood out as our absolute favorites: Uganda and Peru. The allure of Eastern Africa's magnificent safaris, with its breathtaking wildlife encounters and lush national parks, captivated our hearts. The raw beauty of its landscapes and the warm hospitality of its people left an indelible mark on our souls.

Similarly, Peru with its ancient Inca sites that challenge time, its vibrant traditions, and awe-inspiring natural beauty, enchanted us beyond measure. From exploring the mystical temple of Machu Picchu to indulging in the flavors of Peruvian cuisine, every moment in Peru has been filled with wonder and discovery.
