Chapter 3 - Uganda the beautiful

It was hard to say farewell to the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and our incredible experience with the Gorillas, but we soon realized our Safari adventures had only just begun!



In route to Murchison Falls National Park where we would be experiencing several amazing game drives, we were just traveling along a road that was parallel with another major park named Queen Elizabeth National Park when we encountered the most amazing spectacle that we could ever dream of…..



I’ll let the video tell the rest of the story because I am still left speechless (and that’s a hard thing to accomplish) ….



PSA: that little car came dangerously close to a mother elephant and her baby and that was not a smart move. Mama elephants are highly protective of their babies which is why we stayed at a safe distance for all.

Other animals we saw on our public road cross country were Baboons, Hippos, black face monkeys, many, many birds, wildebeest and others.
