Our Safari began at the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest where we settled in at an incredible lodge nestled in the green forest that is home to the Mountain Gorilla!

This NGO is led by a group of local women with a passion and a great cause!

Their story at Ride 4 a Woman retreat is inspiring and their beautiful rooms are adorned with their handmade crafts created on site!!

We settled into this luxurious space our first night and wined and dined on a delicious dinner before retiring for the night! Our next mornings agenda was Gorilla Trekking…….
